Psalm 42:5-6
5 Why, my soul, are you downcast?

Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God.

6 My soul is downcast within me;
therefore I will remember you
from the land of the Jordan,
the heights of Hermon—from Mount Mizar.
2 Corinthians 10:5
5 We demolish arguments (Ideas, Viewpoints, Direction) and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, (lot of weapons of the world) and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (rule our emotions)
Philippians 4:8
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
